Community Notice

If you expose Discord content through The Claw API, you are responsible for explaining that use to your community when required.

5. API Keys And Access Controls

  • Do not share keys except with authorized users or systems
  • Rotate or revoke keys promptly if you suspect compromise or misuse
  • Do not attempt to bypass channel controls, rate limits, or attachment policies
  • You remain responsible for requests made with keys issued from your workspace unless caused by our breach

  • Use the Service to build a competing product using unauthorized access or copied service behavior

8. Customer Data, Privacy, And Feedback

You retain your rights in content and data you lawfully submit or connect to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, copy, transmit, and process that data as needed to provide, secure, and improve The Claw.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Service depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Discord and Stripe. Their terms, availability, and technical limits may affect your use of The Claw.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or API changes imposed by those third parties.

10. Disclaimer Of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perpetual storage of any specific Discord content, or that any third-party integration will remain available. You are responsible for how you use the Service and any decisions made using its output.

14. Dispute Resolution And Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration will take place in Madison, Wisconsin. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction.
